PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress costs by using oil, which forms an oil film in a vibrating surface between a shaking table and a horizontal vibration generator, for cooling drive coils of vertical vibration generators and reducing the number of fans in a vibration testing system.;SOLUTION: The oil used for a sliding surface of a bearing 43 of the shaking table 4 is used for cooling the drive coils 29 of a vertical vibration generating part 23. The oil made to flow to the bearing 43 of the shaking table 4 slowly flows down along the surface and inside of the bearing 43. The oil flows down to movable bodies 40 or directly into grooves 27 of the vertical vibration generating part 23 along the lower surface of the vibrating table 4 from the bearing 43 as shown by arrows in Fig. Since the grooves 27 of the upper and lower vertical vibration generators 23a and 23b communicate with each other, the oil flows down into the grooves 27 and flows down while cooling the drive coils 29 arranged above and below the grooves 27.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
