SOLUTION: An influence which is imposed on a road surface 42 by the tires 40 of a vehicle 38 is represented in real time as if photographed by the camera existing actually on a game story as the image display onto the displaying part 30. The spattering states of objects to be spattered are simulated on the basis of the driving torque of the tires 40 and the material of the road surface, when the spattering tracks of the objects to be spattered coincide with the installation position of the camera, an image in which the objects to be spattered are attached to the lens is added, and the image of the displaying part 30 duplicates the changed with time of the attached objects to be spattered.
