METHOD AND DEVICE FOR OPTIMIZING FUEL LOADING PATTERN

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for optimizing a fuel loading pattern which make it possible to obtain the optimum loading pattern of fuel for a reactor in a shorter time. PSOLUTION: The device has data on loading patterns M to be updated and already updated loading patterns N, finds the conformity of the loading patterns M, compares it with that of the loading patterns N one by one in the order of conformity and stochastically recombines the loading pattern obtained by extracting either one whose conformity is higher to generate loading patterns J1. A loading pattern V1 is generated by referring to core loading patterns of K types and burnup maps of fuel displayed one by one on a display unit in the decreasing order of the conformity of the loading patterns N and determinatively recombining the loading patterns of the K types. The optimum loading pattern is found by repeating manipulations of replacing the loading patterns of the K types with the loading pattern V1 from the loading pattern of the lowest conformity among the loading patterns J1.
