PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ALC wall construction capable of being mounted with less members at a low cost, lightening mounting work and having sufficient mounting strength when a balustrade is mounted in balustrade mounting construction to a rising ALC wall in balcony, verandah, parapet, etc. ;SOLUTION: Balustrade mounting construction to a rising ALC wall is mounted to a skeleton 6 through the lower parts of panels 2 forming an ALC wall 1, anchor sections 4 burying the middle parts in the panels 2 and mounting metal fixtures 5 interlocking with them.
