PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide deterministic non-deadlocking technology to actualize a dispersive consensus in multithreaded multiprocessing arithmetic environment. ;SOLUTION: This method includes a step for communicating over processes so as to set candidate identifiers for a communicator for relative threads of a group of processes (200, 202, and 204) and a step for communicating over processes so as to set a communicator by checking whether or not a candidate identifier can be demanded by one of the processes with respective relative threads of the processes and demanding the candidate identifier as a new identifier.
