QUICK HARDENING CEMENT CONCRETE FOR PRELINING, QUICK SETTING CEMENT CONCRETE FOR PRELINING, AND PRELINING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick setting cement concrete for prelining, which is characterized in that (1) its flowability is high and it can be easily forcibly sent in a large amount to an excavation groove or a slit and easily filled thereinto, (2) the generation of defects such as a gap or a rock pocket between a frame mold and a lining body can be almost suppressed when it is placed, and the like, in a prelining construction method.;SOLUTION: The quick hardening cement concrete for prelining contains a high performance water reducing agent, cement, a quick hardening material, and a liquid setting modifier. The quick setting cement concrete for prelining is obtained by using the quick hardening cement concrete. The quick setting cement concrete for prelining has high flowability, can be easily forcibly sent to the excavation groove and easily filled without leaving gap, and exhibits strength rapidly and shows sufficiently high strength for four weeks from initial time. Thereby, the quick setting cement concrete is suitable for prelining construction method in a large cross section, a flat cross section and high depth tunnel.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
