PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for managing marketing strategy information, a method therefor a program for promoting the use of ecomoney.;SOLUTION: A purchase trend information generation part 16 generates purchase trend information about a commodity or a service in a whole of customers in an electronic shopping mole, based on questionnaire information and purchase information stored in a customer information database D2 and preset market conditions. A market strategy information for each customer generation part 17 generates market strategy information for each customer, based on the purchase trend information, the questionnaire information and the purchase information. A market strategy information generation part 18 for each store generates market strategy information for each store including the use method of ecomoney, based on the store information including the use limit of ecomoney, the market strategy information for each store and the purchase information.
