PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child care monitoring system and so on by which a guardian can know the condition or states of his (or her) child cared by a day nursery from the external. PSOLUTION: The child are monitoring system comprises child terminals 30, a monitor camera 20, a day nursery server 10, and a child care management server 50. The day nursery server 10 specifies a child terminal 30 on the basis of inherent specific information received from the child terminal 30, allows the camera 20 to photograph a child to which the specified child terminal 30 is fitted to obtain image information and transmits condition data and the inherent specific information which are received from the child terminal 30 and the image information obtained from the camera 20 to the child care management server 50. The child care management server 50 is provided with list data in which the inherent specific information corresponds to information transmitting address data and transmits the condition data, the inherent specific information and the image information which are received from the day nursery server 10 to a user terminal 60 having the information transmitting address data corresponding to the inherent specific information.
