PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a creator to easily create contents to be opened to the Internet, on a mobile terminal without providing the mobile terminal with web server functions. PSOLUTION: A mobile phone 10 preserves created content information in a storage part 15 and preserves a URL registered by making an application for URL registration to a web server 30 with respect to a preservation location of content information, in the storage part 15 correspondingly to the created content information and reads out and transmits pertinent content information to the server 30 on the basis of the storage part 15 in response to a request for contents acquisition from the server 30. The server 30 registers a mobile telephone number in a table 41 correspondingly to the URL in response to the application for URL registration and requests contents acquisition to the mobile telephone number extracted from the table 41 in response to the request for contents acquisition to receive the content information and not only preserves the content information in a database 43 but also transmits it to a contents acquisition source.
