PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve vastly the efficiency of UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply) circuits that protect computer circuits and Internet circuits in a network environment from power outage or intermittent short break of power supply by integrated management of multiple circuits in making mutual communication vehicles common through conversion and overcoming conventional technology that has been limited to individual management because of the different specifications of makers involved. SOLUTION: A very unconventional system unit is developed and provided to control and manage different software products and protocols in common by a conversion adapter inserted in the middle of communication circuits. In other words, an epoch-making new control system unit that adopts an open- power-view method is developed and provided with significantly low cost in order to make the power supply mechanisms that have not been compatible at all, common, open and able to be reviewed by means of a view.
