PURPOSE: To precisely position an insulating substrate placed on a working table, with respect to the table. ;CONSTITUTION: Two nearly L-shape positioning members 10, 11 located on opposite sides of a working table, are rotatably journalled to the working table at positions at a nearly equal distance from the center of the working table. Upward directed pieces 10a, 11a of these positioning members are projected at their distal ends from the upper surface of the working table while horizontally directed pieces 10b, 11b thereof are projected toward each other. A spring means 14 for downward energized the horizontally directed piece 11b is provided on the piece 11b. Further, an abutting part 15 is provided at a part of the working table, nearly on the center line thereof, and the distal end of the horizontally directed piece 11 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the abutting part 15. Further, the horizontally directed piece 11b of the other of the positioning members is upwardly rotated by a rotating means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
