PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide termite-proof cement capable of exhibiting a termite control effect over a long period of time or in a short period of time in spite of being comparatively low in cost without using chemicals, and to provide termite-proof mortar and concrete using the termite-proof cement, and the application method.;SOLUTION: Micro-capsuled termite-proof cement 1 is manufactured from an outer shell part 11 formed of an aggregate of powder cement grains 2 and hollow inside, and liquid 3 containing hinokitiol and stored in the hollow part of the outer shell part.
