SOLUTION: The method 1 for properly controlling the flowering time of Christmas rose comprises a preparatory growing stage 2 composed of a germination preparation stage 21 to embed a collected Christmas rose seed in the soil having proper moistness, a sowing stage 22 to take the seed out of the soil and sow the seed and a leaf and stalk growing stage 23 to transplant the Christmas rose according to the growth, a flowering time controlling stage 3 composed of a cold and dark treating stage 31 to carry out the cold and dark treatment of the seedling grown to an extent for a prescribed period and a cold and warm switching stage 32 to transfer the seedling from the cold and dark environment to a warm environment and a flowering preparation stage 4 composed of a flowering preparation period 41 to promote the growth of the seedling in warm environment and perform the final preparation immediately before the flowering.
