PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illegality detecting method for a slot machine for detecting an illegal action and charging an illegal player by alarming, and to provide a device therefor. PSOLUTION: The method includes a step for issuing a preliminary alarm when the prize-winning of a big bonus is determined by replay times generated within a predetermined monitor time; and a step for issuing a main alarm for detecting illegality when the prize-winning of the big bonus is determined again by the replay times generated within the predetermined monitor time after issuing the preliminary alarm.
