PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a director's office approval system for reducing the load on an operator, and for checking the error of the authority of director's office approval by designating a director's office, and transmitting an approval request image constituted of definition information corresponding to transaction to a registered terminal, and receiving the decision of approval or disapproval from the director's office. ;SOLUTION: When transaction necessitating director's office approval is generated, a server terminal 10 reads a director's office position list file 10b, and transmits it to a terminal 12 as an answer. The terminal 12 receives this, and extracts and displays the information of an approval request image from an image definition information file 12d, and sets the reason of the approval request, and designates a director's office from the list of answered approved director's offices, and designates a terminal 11 of a device number at which the director's office is positioned, and transmits the approval request image. The terminal 11 checks approval authority, and security information held in the terminal 10 checks an approval authority level corresponding to the approval image.
