PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel carbosilane based copolymer to be obtained by reacting three components of a dihyrosilane, a diyne, and a triyne, and a heat- resistant material and a luminescent material to be obtained by using the same.;SOLUTION: The carbosilane based copolymer is obtained by reacting a dihydrosilane compound to be represented by formula (I): R1R2SiH2 (wherein R1 and R2 are each a monovalent group which is the same or different from each other to be selected from an alkyl group, an aryl group, and an aralkyl group) with a diyne compound to be represented by formula (II): (HC≡C)2X1 (wherein X1 is a divalent group of an aromatic or aliphatic compound) and a triyne compound to be represented by formula (III): (HC≡C)3X2 (wherein X2 is a trivalent group of an aliphatic or aromatic compound) in the presence of a palladium catalyst.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
