PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a sheet or film made of a styrenic resin excellent in gloss, transparency and visible light permeability, low in water or humidity absorbing ratio and improved in elongation. ;SOLUTION: A styrenic resin compsn. consisting of syndiotactic polystyrene or syndiotactic polyethylene (a) and atactic polystyrene is molded into a raw sheet with light transmissivity of 80% or more and this raw sheet is stretched at surface temp. of 120 - below 135°C at a strain speed of 500-20000%/min and the stretched sheet is treated at temp. equal to or lower than cold crystallization temp. to produce a sheet or film made of a styrenic resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
