Rate control method and the system in video trance coding

摘要

The rate control system and method of the pre- encoding video contents are disclosed. The video data which is decoded to the last time making use of the trance coding quantization value which is based on the source quantization value which was offered by the previous encoder, is encoded due to the local system. Trance coding quantization value furthermore is decided on the basis of the possession quantity of the video buffer of the target system. Here, the possession quantity, is obtained directly from the target system or, the modeling is done or by the local system. The video data is encoded by the local system, after that decodes, furthermore indication and/or is supplied to the target system in order to remember.
