PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent icing and dewing of a broad wavelength band window covering the surfaces of a heater and a corner cube prism in a target apparatus.;SOLUTION: A heater 1 generates UV rays, a corner cube prism 2 disposed being flush with the heater 1 reflects a laser beam, a broad wavelength band window 3 is a plane plate including the areas of both the heater 1 and corner cube prism 2 and allows UV rays generated by the heater 1 and the laser beam incident on and reflected from the prism 2 to pass through, and a housing case 11 of the target apparatus 9 houses and settles the heater 1, the prism 2 and the window 3 inside.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
