PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail service system, an electronic mail service program and an electronic mail service method capable of automatically transmitting a message corresponding to the point information and totalized points to a point card user by an electronic mail when sales occurs in each store.;SOLUTION: This mail service system has a retail shop terminal 10 used in a retail shop where the point system is introduced, a communication line 10, a customer terminal 30, a register terminal 40 and a main terminal 50.
