PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make singly restartable only a CORBA library, server or client without restarting an entire device. ;SOLUTION: A client 201 reports an abnormality in the CORBA library and in the client itself to a managing part 102. A server 202 reports the abnormality in a CORBA library and the server itself to the managing part 102. When the notice of the abnormality is received, the managing part 102 stops the processes of the client 201, the server 202 and the CORBA library and when memory areas used thereby are not released, the memory areas are released. Next, the managing part 102 starts the processes of the client 201, the server 202 and the CORBA library. The constructors of the client 201 and the server 202 secure memory areas to be used therefor and a memory managing function part generates the information of the secured memory areas.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
