The downhaul remote measuring system which transmits the bursting QAM uplink signal to the earth's surface of the well is disclosed. Regarding desirable execution form, the downhaul meter which is connected to the wire line or the conductor of pair of the compound tubing string, transmits the bursting QAM uplink signal to the earth's surface system. As for the bursting QAM signal, desirably, it possesses the consecutive data frame which keeps the remote measuring data. Before the respective data frame, desirably, when dormant period (the signal does not exist,), the timing synchronous sequence and the training sequence are placed. As for the timing synchronous sequence in order to make the timing recovery in the earth's surface easy, we are designed, in addition, the training sequence is designed in order to help the adaptation of the equalizer. As for the data frame itself, desirably, the synchronous territory, data count and checksum are included in addition to the data. It is desirable, it is used because directly digital synthesis modulates the uplink signal.
