PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the surface of molten metal in a tundish to a stable condition in a rotary rapid cooling casting device using a vacuum inductive melting furnace.;SOLUTION: A sheathing 18 for separating a tundish T into two is arranged inside the tundish T, and a dipped weir 19 is installed at the bottom of the sheathing 18.
