PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the accuracy of a vertical wall surface by restraining earth pressure to a wall surface panel by forming a buffer space surrounded with a net on the back side of a wall surface panel to absorb the earth pressure or banking to the panel in the buffer space, and filling the space with concrete. ;SOLUTION: A wall surface panel 3, the back of which is surrounded with a net and provided with a reinforcing material 2 is installed to perform banking, and the wall surface panel 3 is further stacked to further pile up banking 1. In this case, for sinking of the banking 1, the reinforcing material 2 is displaced by a slide joint 6 to deal with such sinking. Further, concerning earth pressure, the net 7 is deformed and recessed to the buffer space side to transmit the earth pressure to the wall surface panel 3. After that, at the stage when the banking 1 is settled, the buffer space is filled with broken stones or concrete 9 to fill up the space and the integrated with the banking 1 and the wall surface panel 3.
