PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive system for telephone and video communications between a plurality of widely distributed multi-remote and center areas.;SOLUTION: The interactive system is composed of a telephone interface device for interfacing a remote telephone terminal of the calling telephone system confirmed by members of multiple groups, a video recording device for recording and/or playing of video transcription, a storage memory for storing telephone terminal number and/or the data relating to a member including area code of interest, and a control computer to interconnect selectively between the video recording device and the remote telephone terminal through the telephone interface device to record and to receive of video communications.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
