PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an aggregate impregnated with concrete wastes capable of curbing neutralization due to air intrusion and reducing a water absorbing property in order to avoid negative effects on the durability of the concrete, improving a solid content in the aggregate and reducing the unit quantity of water when used as the aggregate for the concrete by rounding off its outer shape so that the fluidity of the concrete so called the workability can be improved. PSOLUTION: The method comprises a classifying process to classify waste aggregate made by crushing the concrete waste materials into fine particle waste aggregate and coarse particle waste aggregate, a dipping process to dip the classified coarse particle waste aggregate in oil or a water-repellent agent, a mixing process to mix the coarse particle waste aggregate processed in the dipping process with the fine particle waste aggregate, and a polishing process to agitate and polish, as mixed, the coarse particle waste aggregate and the fine particle waste aggregate processed in the mixing process.
