PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollution-free pile-driving method and device capable of exhibition the maximum working efficiency within a regulated value while keeping vibration and noise in a pollution control target place in the vicinity of a piling construction position within regulated values. ;SOLUTION: In a vibration exciter 2 giving vibration to a pile 1, the Amplitude and the frequency of the vibration can be mutually independently adjusted. A vibration pickup 8 and a microphone 9 are installed at a pollution control target place in order to detect from moment to moment vibration a-d continuously varying in accordance with the settlement of the pile 1 and input the vibration into a controller 10. The controller 10 controls separately the amplitude and the frequency of the vibration generated from the vibration exciter 2 lest that the vibration caught by the vibration pickup 8 should exceed a regulated value and further the noise caught by the microphone 9 should exceed a regulated value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
