PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of CO peaks by controlling an unhomogeneous combustible matter falling from a discharge part of a transfer mechanism so as to enhance an unvarying performance of supply quantity of the unhomogeneous combustible matter supplied into a treatment chamber device from the transfer mechanism and heat generation quantity.;SOLUTION: In a method for supplying an unhomogeneous combustible matter for charging the unhomogeneous matter into an incinerator at a constant rate, a CCD camera is installed at a position where a discharge part of a transfer mechanism (waste feeder 10) and a charging passage are included within a sight, and an image picked up by the camera 42 is subjected to a real time image-processing by an image processing device 43. The quantity of the unhomogeneous combustible matter passing through the charge passage and/or heat generation quantity is calculated by using results of the image-processing and both or either one of the number of rotations of a scraping screw 16 of a crushing discharging machine 15 and the distance between the crushing discharging machine 15 and the discharge part of the transfer mechanism are controlled on the basis of a result of calculation so that the amount of an incineration object matter charged into a treatment device through the charge passage and/or calorific value are controlled so as to be at a constant value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
