As for the cell which is frozen making use of the method of this invention, the cell which is frozen by the other low temperature retention which is used with pathological and organizational technique compared to, considerably the cell and the intercellular damage were little. Because in order the material to glass to convert, to freeze the organism material it is possible this invention, biochemical activity inside the cell does not disappear even after the freezing, various execution forms of this invention may use for the device in order to prepare the organism material for the technique whose low temperature histology and immunity histochemistry are new in the CARE of research and the patient field.
