PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the mold cost and manhours of a vibration isolator. ;SOLUTION: A device comprises an inner fitment 2, an outer fitment 4, an arm section 6 and a main stopper section 10 protruded into a closed space 8, and the main stopper section 10 is formed of different hardness higher than that of a main body rubber 22 integrating the inner fitment 2, the outer fitment 4 and the arm section 6 all together. In that case, the inner fitment 2 and the outer fitment 4 are put into a mold, and the rubbers of different hardness are injected into the main body rubber 22 side and the main body stopper section 10 side respectively by runners of separate systems to form a fusion section 26 of the main body rubber 22 and the main stopper section 10 and connect the main body rubber with the stopper section. At that time, the rubber injection amount and the rubber injection start timing are adjusted to form a connecting section 24 and the fusion section 26 on the main stopper section 10 side to protect the product performance from the adverse effect.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
