PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to evaluate the performance of a multiprocessor(MP) system fast with high precision by simulating the MP system by using process execution times estimated from execution trace data sampled by the processors and evaluating the performance of the MP system according to the result. ;SOLUTION: A trace data sampling part 3 samples execution trace data of the respective processors 11. A trace data conversion part 5 converts the execution trace data from every processor sampled to estimate substantial processing execution times in the processors.
