PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood piece-contained rubber powder block free from corrosion, which can be stably used for a long period. SOLUTION: A wood piece-contained powder block 10 is a square thick plate. The main surface side and the given thickness of a side form a rubber powder layer 11, and the other part forms a mixture layer 12 wherein wood pieces and a runner powder substance are mixed together. The rubber powder layer is formed such that pigment is added in rubber powder 11a produced by crushing vulcanized rubber waste by a crusher and further, an adhesive 11b is mixed. In a mixture layer, wood piece 12a produced such that wood pieces are immersed with rubber paste is mixed with rubber powder substance 12b and an adhesive 12c is added for mixture. Since the wood piece is immersed with rubber paste, corrosion hardly occurs. Since a rubber powder layer free from wood piece is formed on the surface side exposed to the atmosphere, natural corrosion of the wood piece due to a moisture content and corrosion due to insect are prevented from occurring.
