When an operation aiming at an energy saving of the absorption cold water or hot water device is being carried out, the discharged gas is utilized as a first heat source. In the case that the heating calorie is not enough, the high temperature water is used, and in the case that the heating calorie is further lack, heat is inputted from a burner 25 to a high temperature regenerator.
