PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the waste of tact time by the stop of a conveying means and improve operation efficiency by performing synchronization with a work on the conveying means again when preparations for machining the work are completed. ;SOLUTION: An interruption-time movement quantity counter 31 starts operating with a synchronism interruption signal inputted from outside through an input interface 15. The movement quantity cumulative value of the conveying means is cleared to zero and a quantity of movement to be done in synchronism with a conveyor 2 is inputted from a delay quantity correction part 23 and added to the movement quantity cumulative value of the conveying means. It is decided whether or not the synchronism interruption signal inputted from outside through the input interface 15 is reset and when the synchronism interruption signal is not reset, the operation is carried on, but when the synchronism interruption is resets, the operation is finished. Therefore, the conveying means need not be stopped and when the preparations for machining the work are completed, operation synchronized with the work on the conveying means can be commanded again by a machining program.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
