(57) Abstract In order for the cellular radio communication system to configurate the communication link with the caller and the subscriber efficiently, the program grist which decides the precedence of several telephone numbers which it is related to the specified subscriber is maintained. When doing the access of the telephone for the subscriber, in order to access the telephone one by one in accordance with the program grist which decides precedence, first relative precedence is allocated to telephone number of several telephones which it is related to the subscriber. Responding to the access of the following telephone where it can allocate to the telephone number of the telephone where the subscriber responds to the access ahead the highest precedence, it can do vis-a-vis the subscriber, in order for this telephone number first to be accessed, after that, it re-decides the precedence of the program grist which decides precedence.
