PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audience participation type karaoke broadcasting service which enables a viewing audience to participate in a video program being broadcasted while enjoying a karaoke music provided by the service at home. SOLUTION: A viewing audience 16 who receives a video program of karaoke musics from a broadcasting station 1 via satellite broadcasting or a CATV broadcasting service makes an entry application to a center device 11 and performs a karaoke singing. Audio signals of the karaoke singing and real time data of the video are transmitted back to the station 1 from the viewing audience's home 3 through a public network 2, grading of the singing is conducted by the device 11 and ranking of the grades is done among viewing audiences who made their entries. Then, real time video data from a viewer the viewing audience who obtains a highest point, are selected, combined with the video program of the karaoke music being broadcasted and broadcasted back to each viewer.
