PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the proof stress of a steel column base by firmly connecting the steel column base part to the reinforcement structure part of a foundation beam through a steel-framed steel column connecting part. ;SOLUTION: A connecting part body 16 formed of a wide flange shape steel having a cross-shaped plane view has a through-hole 19 formed in the center position. A steel column base part 12 is inserted to the through-hole 19, and the opening inside parts of the upper and lower plate surfaces of the steel column connecting part 14 with which the circumferential surface makes contact is bonded to the end part of a vertical middle plate by welding. After welding, concrete is placed into a form enclosing the steel column connecting part 14 and a reinforcement structure part 13 to bury them, whereby the foundation structure of a foundation beam 11 and the steel column base part is completed. The steel column base part 12 is firmly connected to the reinforcement structure part 13 through the steel column connecting part 14 formed of the connecting part body 16 and a beam connecting part 15 to improve the proof stress of the steel column base part, and the constructing property of the foundation beam is also extremely improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
