PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel liquid flow rate adjusting valve capable of reducing the probability that the accuracy in adjusting a flow rate of fluid liquid is lowered or the adjustment becomes impossible when a flow rate adjustment member is pressed in an inclined state of a valve element by the inclination of a movable iron core in a through-hole formed on a fixed iron core. SOLUTION: The movable iron core 35 is moved by the flow of electric current to an electromagnetic coil 331, whereby the valve element 37 integrated with the movable iron core 35 presses the liquid flow rate adjustment member 36. The valve element 37 has a column shape, and a contact part 371 abutting on the liquid flow rate adjustment member 36 has an approximately spherical shape. As an abutting face with the liquid flow rate adjustment member 36 is point contact, the inclining force acting on the liquid flow rate adjustment member 36 can be reduced when the liquid flow rate adjustment member 36 is pressed in an inclined state of the valve element 37. Accordingly, the liquid flow rate adjustment body 36 inclined in the liquid flow rate adjustment member insertion hole 32a is hardly caught by the liquid flow rate adjustment member inserting hole 32a.
