PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out evaluation of factors for expanding a trade area, selection of the trade area expanded by those factors, and sales prediction, customer collection prediction, and store proposal in the expanded trade area since sales are limited in the trade area being a customer collecting region where there is only a commercial facility in proposing a commercial facility.;SOLUTION: A plurality of regions whose recognition ratio is high are selected according to the recognition ratio of customer collecting factors so that trade area candidates can be selected, and the region whose sales are the most highly expected is selected as a trade area from among those regions. Then, sales prediction is carried out, and the optimal commercial facility is proposed for each scale of a commercial facility to be set in the trade area. Moreover, the customer collecting power can be compared with that of another store by using an objective numeric so as to be evaluated, and the customer collecting power can be correctly evaluated in order to accurately carry out the sales prediction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
