PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To store data in a short time by providing a block data writing stage and a transfer stage between fields repeating the intra-field transfer, for transferring input data to the final storage field (N-1) times. ;SOLUTION: In a block data writing stage 11, block data writing is executed by writing the block data gathering N input data, together in N words in parallel by means of data writing function in a word by using the address of an associative memory CM1. In a transfer stage 12 between fields, by representing the bit width of the input data as B, the mask retrieval function and the parallel part writing function of the memory CM1 are repeated B times. Consequently, the transfer between fields for transferring the input data stored in a transient storage field to the final storage field is executed.
