PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate application on a continuous strip object with a structure being simple, compact, and excellent in maintenance and to contrive cost down and simplification of operation. ;SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises a position-adjusting part 12 transferring a continuous strip metal foil 1 with twisting the same to 360° between a charging roller 2 rotatable and movable in X and Y directions and a delivery roller 4, a coating part 11 of coating nozzles 6, 7 arranged respectively on positions where the twisted metal foil 1 to be coated with electrolytic solutions 8, 8a is nearly perpendicular, and an amount of coating-adjusting part of blow-off pipes 9, 10 provided with blow-off nozzles 9a, 10a arranged adjacent to the coating nozzles 6, 7 and on each of the front ends.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
