PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply confirm a position of an end for hose connection after molding while increasing the strength against coming-off without making a tip of a knitted-in reinforcing layer loose and apart. ;SOLUTION: By pouring melted resin R into molds A, B while supporting the end part H1 for hose connection by a pressing part 2a so as to prevent its move, the melted resin R presses the tip part of the knitted-in reinforcing layer Hc likely to become loose and apart against a hose main body Ha side, enters the hose main body Ha side through a knitted-in clearance of the knitted-in reinforcing layer Hc, and is hardened while integrating them to perform insert-molding of a cylindrical cap 1. Furthermore, a through hole 1a is provided by pulling the pressing part 2a out of the insert-molded cylindrical cap 1 to see the end part H1 for hose connection in the cylindrical cap 1 through the through hole 1a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
