PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooth profile shape for a molded gear without interference with a mate gear in an individual condition and with maximum strength relating to a number of teeth, addendum modification coefficient, etc. ;SOLUTION: In an involute gear constituting a circular arc tooth root surface of arbitrary radius from a bottom surface, a tooth root circular arc radius R is corrected by a formula: R=Ryf+f(X), f(X)=(X-A)/10, f(X)≤0, where A: constant (0) when it is equal to a tooth profile coefficient of Japanese gear industrial standard 401-01 by the same gear item.
