PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-airport moving picture distribution system that provides a video image of a destination to a user so as to deliver meteorological information of the destination to the user in a real sense so as to conduct an excellent user service and to provide an inter-airport moving picture distribution method. SOLUTION: Video cameras B1, B2, B3, B4 are installed at positions at which the cameras can photograph behaviors of each airport or a city in the vicinity of each airport, use a proper multicast address M1 to configure a multicast group G1 with television receivers C11-C43 of the other airports, and the system distributes video images photographed by the video cameras B1, B2, B3, B4 to each airport as meteorological information in real time.
