PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an information visualization system capable of performing three-dimensional walkthrough and a hyperlink operation with light processing and automatically reflecting the change of a route or the like in video.;SOLUTION: A partial video generating means 15 generates a walkthrough video from three-dimensional space shape information 102 and walkthrough route information 101 and converts the walkthrough video into a plurality of partial video 112 divided at a branching point. A branch information generating means 14 generates branch information 111 of the partial video. A hyperlink information generating means 16 generates hyperlink information 113 on the basis of visualization object information 103 on a three-dimensional space. A partial video selecting means 24 transmits a partial video switching instruction 122 for switching the partial video in accordance with route selection of a user.
