PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a scale in a heat measuring resistance pipe, to improve the productivity and workability of heat treatment of a drinking liquid object, to improve temperature control at heat treatment time of the drinking liquid object, to prevent overheat, and to prevent the qualitative deterioration of the drinking liquid object.;SOLUTION: This scale preventive device is a scale preventive device of a temperature detecting part of the heat measuring resistance pipe installed in a pipe for flowing the drinking liquid object, and is composed of an agitating part having a blade for rotating in an outer peripheral part of the temperature detecting part of the heat measuring resistance pipe. This liquid object heating method is characterized by including a process of detecting a temperature of the liquid object flowing by the heat measuring resistance pipe using the scale preventive device, and a process of heating the liquid object by adjusting a heating quantity according to the temperature detected in the detecting process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
