PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the positional adjustment of reinforcing core materials for handrail supports on a coping. by temporarily fixing a base plate of a reinforcing core material to a backing plate with screws to erect the reinforcing core material and putting the coping on a parapet and after that, hooking the coping onto the fastener fixed to the parapet by loosening the temporary screws and shifting the backing board. ;SOLUTION: Forked fasteners 3 are fixed at specified positions of a parapet P but backing plates 4 are not attached thereto in advance. A base plate 6 of a reinforcing core material 8 is fixed to the backing plate 4 with temporary screws 19 to temporarily erect the reinforcing core material 8, in the coping 1. In this sate, the coping 1 is put on the parapet P and thereafter, the temporary screws 19 are loosened and the backing plate 4 is shifted to fix the coping on the fastener 3.
