PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide MIG welding wire for aluminum or aluminum alloy which is excellent in both feedability and blowhole resistance.;SOLUTION: MIG welding wire W for aluminum or aluminum alloy is arranged at a position where a base material 1 can be welded. On a surface of wire material, fatty acid glyceride wherein the triglyceride content is 80 mass % per the total mass or more is adhered. The amount of adhesion of the fatty acid glyceride is from 0.5 to 20 μg/g to the total mass of the wire. Viscosity of this fatty acid glyceride at 40°C is from 0.25 to 0.48 dPa.s. As a result, the wire feedability and blowhole resistance are improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
