PURPOSE: To allow a subject for heating in a cooker to have a uniform temperature by arranging circular conductor plates, each with a slit extending from its center to its outer periphery, in the spaces of or around the outer peripheries of electromagnetic induction heating windings in such a way that the circular conductor plates are concentric with the windings. ;CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic induction heating device used for cooking is formed by the arranging of electromagnetic induction heating windings 4, 4 below a flat-bottomed cooker 6, a flat iron plate or the flat heating plate 5 of a household electromagnetic cooker with a ceramic plate 7 between the windings and the cooker. Therefore, magnetic flux is generated in the circular conductor plates 2, 2 provided in the center space (s) and in the middle spaces (s), and is distributed to the entire part.
