PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of over tension in the mooring ropes of a floating body by providing a horizontal movement resistant body obstructing the horizontal movement of the floating body suspended from the floating body to a sea-bottom via a swinging deformable support member. ;SOLUTION: Since this floating body 1 suspends a chain 5 as a horizontal movement resistant body from a floating body 1 via chains 5a to 5e as a swinging deformable support member, the horizontal movement of the floating body 1 is properly controlled without over stress generation in the chains 5a to 5e as the support member. Thereby, the generation of over tension in mooring ropes 4 of the floating body 1 is prevented so as to conduct the mooring of the floating body 1 safely. When the chain 5 as the horizontal movement resistant body is slidably arranged along a sea-bottom as flexible friction resistant material, an action controlling the horizontal movement of the floating body 1 by produced friction resistance with the sea-bottom through the chain 5 can be conducted more accurately.
